My advice would be to choose a subject that you are able to write about maybe you have a strong interest in football (soccer) perhaps. Now if you were to look at an affiliate website for football-related programs, in my opinion the stand-out affiliate program would be an online betting website. This is because you will probably get more people to read the shorter articles, and the more articles you submit then-the-better your website will rank in search engines (hopefully). This is because at the end of every article you should be able to include 2 or 3 links to your own website. Not only do people click these links after reading your article (sometimes at least), but the search engines will pick up this one-way link from the article site and should improve your ranking for your link-keywords. So if you submit a football article make sure to include some football-related-keyword links in the bottom of the article.
